Overview
This comprehensive professional development programme is designed for Principals, Vice Principals, Pastoral Leads, Safeguarding Leads and SENCOs/Learning Support Coordinators has been adapted to meet the needs of EOTAS. It equips centre leads with the knowledge, confidence, and tools to implement an evidence-based approach to prevent and address bullying-type behaviour.

To ensure every pupil in the region attends an EOTAS centre where staff are trained to deliver a supportive and effective Addressing Bullying in Schools policy and practice.
