This session explores how a strong culture of relationships, belonging and pupil participation can positively impact wellbeing and learning. Drawing on the effective practice identified in the ETI inspection of Our Lady and St Patrick Primary School, this webinar will highlight how an inclusive, values-driven ethos supports children to feel respected, confident and ready to learn. Participants will consider how the school's commitment to positive relationships, celebrating achievement and providing leadership opportunities contributes to children's growing confidence, wellbeing and sense of identity within the school community.
