This course is cross service training provided by Pupil Support Service, SENEYIS and Primary Behaviour Support and Provisions.

This training is aimed at Pre-School and Foundation Stage staff.

Aims:

• Identify key partners in transition

• Outline the core aspects of support for effective transition

• Use child centred planning to develop bespoke transition plans

• To reflect on issues and challenges around the transition of children with SEN and how it affects children, their families and educational professionals

One registration should be completed for each individual member of staff attending.
