I am pleased to invite you and a senior colleague to register for the School Leader as Coach programme.
This programme is designed to equip participants with the skills and confidence to utilise coaching as a leadership tool that helps develop and improve the performance of the staff and ultimately the learning and teaching offered to pupils.
The programme will:
Explain the coaching process;
Identify, describe and apply tools and techniques used in coaching practice; and
Assist in developing your own coaching skills, as a means of supporting other staff through a whole-school approach.
Select from the sessions currently open for booking.
Please check back later. New course dates may be added when they become available.
