C2k - DENI Census Overview 2025

In preparation for the 2025 DENI Census Return guidance material will be available on C2k Exchange on Monday 1st September 2025.

C2k are offering online DENI overview sessions using Microsoft Teams. The overview will be useful for All Staff working on the DENI Census return.

Course content:

• Checking Pupil/Student Data e.g.: -
• Recording Pre-school experience
• Missing Religion / Ethnicity / Home Language
• Recording Country of Birth
• Accommodation Type
• Managing Attendance
• Managing Free School Meals start and end dates
• SEN Register checklist
• Specialist Provision in Mainstream schools
• Moving on to Preparing, creating, fixing errors and checking warnings, printing, Sign off and exporting processes.
