We aim to provide knowledge & support to schools through evidence-based training that focuses on promoting the emotional health & wellbeing of all staff, and to support schools with creating a positive & nurturing school culture, producing a user-friendly staff wellbeing policy, and developing peer supervision & support strategies.
Training will be delivered by staff within the Educational Psychology Service and will consist of five training webinars that include a PowerPoint presentation, interactive polls, and breakout rooms. Following the webinars there will be opportunities for participants to be part of a wellbeing focused Cluster Group with other schools in Northern Ireland.
The five webinars will each last approximately 90 minutes and participants are encouraged to attend all sessions. The topics being covered include:
