AIMS:
• Understand the process of developing a supported Calm Plan based on nurture principles and trauma informed practice
• Use the Calm Plan framework: to help recognise dysregulation in yourself and your pupils
• To help understand what pupils are communicating through their behaviour
• Develop an understanding of how to help pupils feel safe and connected
