Training Aim:

A session tailored to provide an overview of the WellComm (speech, language, and communication toolkit), from screening to intervention for pupils within SPiMS.

Course Content:

This session has been specifically developed to support the following:

  • Develop an awareness of the WellComm screening toolkit and intervention resources,
  • To become familiar with the WellComm scoring and tracking process
  • Preparation for using the WellComm screening toolkit as an assessment tool to support IEP/PLP target setting.

Course Duration:

  • A 1 hour Session

  • Early Years & Primary Setting Staff, Learning Support Coordinators (SENCo)
